If the average of your four skills ends in .25 or .375, it officially rounds UP to the nearest half band.
If the average ends in .75 or .875, it officially rounds UP to the next full whole band.
If the average is below .25 (such as .125), or between .5 and .75 (such as .625), it rounds down.
