The Test Day Timeline
Arrival (45 Mins Prior)
Plan your route. Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled test. Latecomers forfeit their fees and are denied entry.
Check-in Process
Present your valid, original ID. Photo taken. Store ALL personal belongings (phones, watches, food, bags) in a provided locker.
Testing Room Entry

Refund Policy
Cancel at least 9 days before the test to receive a 50% refund. No refunds within 9 days.
